Early voting surges among young people

Universities across America have tried to entice young people to vote by offering them access to TurboVote, an online registration site. The University of Chicago says it has the highest percentage of undergraduates signing up to TurboVote at 70.6%. Harvard is second with 38.4% and Pomona College in California third with 36.7%.
